Kitsap Mobile Testing offers testing services only. We are not a 3rd Party Administrator, Laboratory or Counseling Center. We strictly act as a 3rd party, non-bias, collection facility complying with the collection guidelines in 49 CFR Part 40 in accordance with the Department of Transportation and the Department of Human and Health Services. At no time are we providing policy management or substance advice.
